It's not that I don't like it, for a while I even found a lot of pleasure in sweating watching the videos of this or that fitness girl but since January I have developed an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto , which greatly diminished me. In order not to end up with lifelong treatment and unbearable symptoms, I stopped gluten and lactose which greatly improved my general condition but not to the point of being able to run like a doe in the woods.
It's never easy to fight against a disease, I decided to accept mine without condemning myself. So I gradually resume physical activity and I continue my research to heal completely (even if the medical world thinks it's impossible).
This new ordeal makes me stronger and more determined and I find in the values of Stronger an echo of my state of mind at the time.
Strangely, Hashimoto brings me a lot by forcing me to go deep into myself for what I'm made of.
At STRONGER, we know that true strength comes from within. We want to encourage you to harness your own authenticity and embrace your inner strenght.
